At Skin Deep, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
